Ordering and Payment

1) Order through the online web store, and pay by credit card through the familiar and secure environment of Paypal.
2) By email or telephone (416.460.4304), you can contact us with your order

Sales tax

5% GST will be added on all orders within Canada (excluding Ontario). All orders within Ontario will be charged 13% HST.

Shipping and Handling

We ship from Richmond Hill, Ontario (just north of Toronto) via Canada Post. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days, we will let you know if there is a delay.

Shipping costs are based on the total amount of your order:

Please contact us about shipping to other countries outside Canada. Orders containing out of stock items will be shipped complete when we receive all the items. Extra shipping charges will apply if would like us to to ship partial orders.

Attention Toronto area residents, if you would like to see the products or you would like to pick up your order in person you may book an appointment to come to our Richmond Hill location. Please contact us.

Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it within 30 days for a full refund. All items must be returned in saleable condition and in the original packaging for a full refund. Sale of discontinued items are final sale.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All shipping costs related to a return are the responsibility of the customer. If you are returning a product that was shipped to you at no charge, we will refund you the price of the product less the actual shipping costs that we incurred in shipping the product to you. Full refund will be issued if your order has not left our warehouse. We usually process orders in 24 hours or less.

Please obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER prior to returning the product to us by calling or emailing us.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost packages that are being returned to us. We recommend that you keep your postal receipt and purchase insurance. To ensure that the goods that are being returned reach us in their original condition it is best to use the original packaging.
